Chaired by Dr. Kelly Davison and Dr. Xavier Deschênes-Simard, this regional meeting brought together Québec-based clinicians and leading experts to explore key developments across hematology. Sessions covered women’s health, AML/MDS, follicular lymphoma, myeloproliferative neoplasms, CLL, cellular therapy, and multiple myeloma. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with faculty, participate in interactive discussions, and stay informed on emerging evidence and evolving approaches to hematology practice.
